What does the Concierge Fee go toward?

The Concierge Fee goes toward your visit with one of NowTox Providers. During each visit, our provider travels to you, reviews your history, assesses your skin, discusses concerns and develops a personalized plan.

What if I do not purchase a service at my appointment?

The Concierge Fee will then go toward the provider’s time. We hope you find the consultation valuable and that we can help you find the perfect routine or treatment plan!

I want to host an event, now what?

Hosts can take advantage of special event pricing and if the event has 6 attendees the hostess receives $100 off their treatment. If the event has 10 attendees, the hostess receives $150 off their treatment! If you host 4 events in a year, your fourth treatment will be free. Contact us to organize an event!

Will I receive a confirmation email for my appointment?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email to the email you booked your appointment with in a matter of minutes. If you have not seen the confirmation email, please check your junk or spam inbox.

Will I receive a notification when the Beauty Professional is on their way?

Yes. You will receive a notification that the Beauty Professional is on their way 10 minutes prior to the appointment start time. Please note, though it is rare, it is possible to receive this notification even if your Beauty Professional is running late. To verify, please contact the Client Experience team at

How do I reschedule my appointment?

You are able to reschedule your appointment up until 4 hours before the appointment start time without incurring a cancellation fee. If you reschedule within 4 hours and up to 2 hours before your appointment time, there will be a $25 service charge. Rescheduling within 2 hours before the appointment start time will result in a charge of the full list price for the services including a 20% cancellation fee.
